Please join us for an evening at the shop with winemaker Kay Simon of Chinook Wines. Kay will be pouring Chinook's Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Franc from 6-7:30 and Quel Fromage will provide a selection of expertly paired cheeses.

Quel Fromage is ecstatic to welcome Max McCalman, nationally recognized expert in wine & cheese and author of The Cheese Plate and Cheese:A Connoisseurs Guide to the Worlds Best to Bellingham for an exclusive tasting event. This unforgettable evening will not only be enjoyable for the expert cheese lover, but also a chance for the novice to expand their knowledge of cheese types, texture and pairing wine with your cheese. You'll taste an excellent selection of artisan cheese from around the world paired with both red & white wines.

The evening will conclude with sweets by Ashley E. Rodriguez Artisan Sweets and Max will be available to sign your edition of his books, available for purchase at Quel Fromage or at the event.

This special tasting event will be offered Friday June 29th & Saturday June 30th at 7pm. The location is suite # 207 upstairs from Quel Fromage in the 12th Street Village building.
